Description
This is an intense crash course of truth with 3 months of coaching Claire McGrath.
I have spent my whole life experimenting and studying everything you can imagine. Every form of diet, exercise, training, spiritual practice and personal mastery you can imagine. It’s been one giant mission to “find myself”. In the last 5 years, since I started to let go of the identity of bodybuilding, I really began to delve deep on new levels. This time it was a process of going internal, I stopped looking externally for someone to show me the way. Instead I went deep into my own system, to uncover what was really going on, what this body is all about, how to master my energy on every layer, not just the physical and how to clear my system out, and fine tune this amazing instrument we all have to play life through, to become the most realised, powerful, loving, compassionate version of myself to date.
I now feel the timing is right to share all of what I have “figured out”. I want people to really be free in life to live fully and freely. The expansion I feel in myself should be something that everyone gets to experience in life. It’s our right as humans to feel the full flow of freedom, Joy, Love and Abundance available to us at all times. I want everyone to feel free from judgment, free from suffering, free from any limits that we have allowed to be placed on ourselves over time. Free from the shackles of our beliefs and society that keep you stuck in patterns that are no longer working.
I want you to understand yourself better than you ever imagined and eventually, I want you to feel so empowered and sure of yourself that you will never need anyone else to guide you again in any area of your life, as you will be so sure of “who you are” and trust how you feel in your body and in your energy system wholeheartedly.
In this coaching my intention is to share as much of what I know and have with you as possible. I will share all of the tools and worksheets I have created, to help you process how you feel, which will make you function in the most effective way possible. I want to shake you and wake you up to the infinite power and abundance you have available at your fingertips. To help you see, feel and unlock your connection to your purpose and your true potential in life.
This course includes 6 personal video coaching calls with Claire (normally £100 a call) and messaging support for the 3 month period.
