THE YOGI LIFE PLAN
This high vibrational food plan is designed to compliment a daily yoga practice. Yoga is not just postures, it is a way of life. This is a combination of internal and external cleansing practices, rituals, and added elements to compliment your practice as a dedicated Yogi. This plan is based off of my 10+ years experience as a dedicated Yogi and includes full eating guidelines to compliment your yoga practice and make sure you are fuelling your body adequately so that you get the most out of your time spent on the mat. This includes fasting, easily digestible, calming foods, food timing, purification processes and anti-inflammatory elements, how to charge your food so it charges you and allows you greater access to your full energy centres and more command of your energy and to feel better on your mat. This plan will be released on Nov 1st along with the 2 other 30 Day Yoga programs.
