​HERE’S OUR TOP 10 TIPS ON HOW TO BRING BALANCE BACK TO YOUR BODY AFTER THE FESTIVE SEASON...

​1] DON’T CRASH DIET AND CUT CALORIES - you will feel starved and miserable in no time
Instead stock up on a variety of fresh cleansing veggies to add in fibre to your diet
to clean out your digestive system with nutritious, simple, anti-inflammatory whole foods.

2] ADD IN SOME SUPPLEMENTS THAT BIND TO TOXINS - some of our favourite additions to help clean out your systems are - activated charcoal, chlorella, zeolite and Glutathione.

3] DRINK LEMON WATER/APPLE CIDER VINEGAR & CLEANSING HERBAL TEAS - after all the excess salty/sugary food and alcohol it’s a good idea to rehydrate and flush your liver with some lemon/lime water and help soothe your digestion with herbal teas such as ginger and peppermint.

8] CONNECT TO THE VALUE OF FEELING BETTER - Feel into why you want to make changes to your body and how you feel. Connect to your why and then list the actions you need to take to get there. 

9] SWEAT IT OUT - Hot/cold therapy such as alternating the sauna and an ice plunge pool
does wonders to help your cells rid themselves of toxins from alcohol and excess processed foods. Don’t have a sauna? Try a hot epsom salt bath finished with a cold shower.

10] MASSAGE TO RELEASE TOXINS - Lymph drainage/massage can help the lymph system eliminate toxins from your body, it’s also good to de-stress from the madness of christmas.  Add essential oils such as lemon and grapefruit for an extra detoxing boost.
