We’d like to share with you the details of our groundbreaking Intuitive Eating Course. This is the first of many courses we have developed from a place of wanting to empower people to trust themselves when it comes to eating and making choices around food and life goals.

INTUITIVE EATING ONLINE COURSE DETAILS:
Week 1: What is intuitive eating and why “THE DIET TRAP” is in our way of achieving our goals.
Yo Yo dieting - keto, paleo, vegan, carnivore, low fat, low carb, high fat, calories, IIFYM.
Why none of these ideals and belief systems are effective long-term.
Week 2: The truth about why Calories in vs Calories out is NOT the key.
How to navigate our hunger signals & tune in to what our body actually needs,
also what the food you choose do to your body on a scientific physical and energetic level
(hormones, energy, mood, inflammation, toxic load, health etc).
Week 3: The reason your chocolate or pizza craving may NOT be wrong!
Self assessing and experienced based learnings -
How do i feel after this food physically and emotionally?
How to scan your body daily for what it needs, learning to navigate the difference
between physical and emotional needs. For example, am I craving a certain food, if so why?
Is it emotional or is it a real physical need that your body is lacking in something to
Function effectively, like a mineral or a vitamin for example.
Learning how to identify what physical symptoms of different issues present in your body
mean.
Week 4: What are we really eating? Why Eating out of “BOREDOM” is NOT the issue.
Emotional awareness/intelligence around food:
what am i feeling and where in my body? What emotions am i soothing/avoiding
What void am I filling? How to use the breath and the heart rate to feedback to you
on what you are feeling before, during and after food.
Week 5: Fuelling your passion. Connecting to what you actually want from your food.
Where your food comes from, the importance of connecting to nature and nurture
when it comes to eating. How to choose foods that actully compliment and enhance what
you are doing each day.
Week 6: YO YO OM Intuitive eating toolbox - all our secret weapons revealed:
A collection of methods, tools, techniques and training we have
gathered over our lifetimes of experience and studying. These are the tools that we find
most effective, tried and tested.
