Crystal spent many years diving deep into the practice of Yoga. She practiced 2-3hrs a day every day for 6 days a week for almost 8 years. Obsessed with Ashtanga Yoga, She travelled the world doing a variety of teacher trainings, learning from masters in the field, including time living in India learning from the traditional lineages. Crystal's understanding of Yoga now is free from lineage, Yoga is a full body prayer to life itself. A practice to engage with life as it is and remember who we are. It is an ancient technology that can greatly assist the body, mind and soul in the awakening process. Below are a few basic yoga tutorials to help you in you get more into your light body.

Birthing a new consciousness

I am here for evolution and to transmit through the unfoldment of this mystery and reveal of the new in the unknown. This journey never ends, it is a continuous spiral of creation, inwards and outwards. There is no where to get and no where to be. I am walking this path myself and I am here right now to birth a new consciousness into the world. I have been in the school of conscious and by proximity, unconscious creation my whole life. I had to experience one to fully understand the other and now to walk the path down the middle with a full conscious connection to the impact of every single step I take.
